GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
*Reservation: The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite
-after acceptance of the general conditions of sale when booking online. We charge 100% of the amount upon booking
- or after receipt of the deposit and the reservation contract duly completed and signed.
*Modification of the contract: Any modifications that may lead to a change in price must be reported at the latest on arrival. We ask you to respect the number of occupants provided for in the contract under penalty of breach of the rental contract. Any inaccurate statement may result in termination of the contract without refund.
* Cancellation: - In the event of cancellation or modification up to 7 days before the date of arrival, we will charge 25% of the total costs per reservation. In all cases, cancellation fees of 25% of the rental amount will be retained.
-In case of late cancellation or modification or no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
-There will be no refund if the customer voluntarily terminates the services before the end of his/her stay.
- The delay on arrival does not justify a revision of the price either.
*Liability: Check that your civil liability insurance covers the liability resulting from rental risks. (The tenant is responsible for damage caused by himself or by persons under his responsibility during his stay).
*Payment: The balance of the stay is to be paid in full on the day of taking possession of the rented premises (in cash and check).
*Deposit: -A deposit of 150 euro will be paid on arrival. It will be returned to you after the inventory, minus any damage.
-An amount of 40 € will be requested on your arrival for cleaning . This amount will be returned after the inventory.
*Force majeure: Force majeure means any event external to the parties that is both unpredictable and insurmountable and prevents either the customer or the establishment from fulfilling all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract.Are considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous event those usually recognized by the jurisprudence of the French Courts and Tribunals. Each party cannot be held liable to the other party in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for the parties, the performance of their reciprocal obligations and that each party bears the cost of the resulting costs.
* Settlement of disputes: These General Conditions of Sale are governed by the law of the country of establishment without obstructing any mandatory protective provisions that may be applicable in the country of residence of consumers.
*Integrity: These General Conditions of Sale, the conditions of sale of the rate reserved by the customer, and the voucher or the reservation request express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. No general or specific condition communicated by the customer can be incorporated into these general conditions.The documents forming the contractual commitments between the parties are, in descending order of priority, the voucher or the reservation request (including the special conditions of the reserved rate) and these general conditions. In the event of a contradiction between the booking form and the general conditions, the provisions appearing on the booking form will be the only ones applicable for the obligation in question. These general conditions of sale may be modified and/or supplemented by the establishment at any time. In this case, the new version of the general conditions of sale will be updated by the establishment. As soon as the new version of the general conditions of sale is implemented, they will automatically apply to all customers.
CAMPSITE RULES
1. Admission requirementsTo be allowed to settle and stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. He has the obligation to ensure the proper maintenance and good order of the campsite as well as the respect of the application of these rules of procedure.
- Staying on the site implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them.
2. Police formalities: Any person staying on the campsite must first present their identity documents to the manager or his representative and complete the formalities required by the police.
- Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with their authorization.
3. Payment: Payment for the rental is settled at the reception desk upon arrival. The sum corresponds to the amount of the contract made with the service provider or ourselves. They are due according to the number of nights spent in the field and the services provided.

4. Sheets : - Provide your own sheets. Otherwise €6 rental for: flat sheet pillowcase, fitted sheets.
-Our yurts equipped with a double bed (140x190cm), and 2 single beds (90x190cm).
-Additional beds are not provided.
- We do not offer the rental of bath linen.
- Preparation as for a traditional camping under tents. (bring your own: Stove, pots, dishes, toilet paper etc.)
5. Entries and departures:
Admissions: between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. We would be grateful if you could notify us of the approximate time of arrival by email.
- We strongly encourage you to bring your masks, thermometer, hydroalcoholic gel and disinfectant products to be able to carry out additional disinfection yourself.
Key handover: Before you can enter the accommodation, you must notify us of your arrival by telephone so that we can come and settle you in your yurt.
Departures: Users of the campsite are invited to inform the reception office of their departure the day before. Phone: 0673926786.
- The premises must be vacated from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. (beyond + €40 until noon).
- Cleaning: The rental must be left as clean as when you arrived. Otherwise €40 will be retained for cleaning. Cleaning products not provided.
-We ask our guests to respect the places and the decoration of the yurt. In case of
worries, the client should incur civil/general liability coverage. The client agrees to return the room in
perfect condition at the end of the stay and to financially insure any possible deterioration for which he is responsible, even in the event of an infringement noted after his departure.
- It is forbidden to take any object whatsoever.
- Please take your household waste directly to the selective sorting of the village of Angles without cluttering the sanitary room.
6. Common areas
-We invite you to clean the toilets before and after each use.
-If you are the cause of unintentional soiling in the common areas, clean up immediately.
7. Noise and silence: Users of the campsite are urged to avoid any discussion noise that could disturb their neighbours. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures must remain discreet. Noise, even during the day, is prohibited.
-Silence must be imperatively respected between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
8. Our four-legged friends: We do not accept any animals.Presence of other animals can disrupt the behavior of our farm animals.
9. Visitors: Visitors are admitted under the responsibility of their hosts after compulsory declaration to the reception desk before their arrival,
Failure to comply with this instruction will result in immediate expulsion.
10. Traffic and parking of vehicles : No vehicles are authorized to enter the campsite.
11. Dress and appearance of facilities :
- Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene, appearance of the campsite and its facilities, in particular the toilets.
-Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose.
- Please do not take any furniture or linen out of the yurt.
-It is forbidden for campers to plant nails in trees, to cut branches, to effect plantations. Any degradation committed to the vegetation, to the fences, to the ground or to the installations of the campsite, will be the responsibility of its author.
-A decent dress in all occasions is requested
12. Safety : a) fire: open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. In the event of a fire, notify management immediately. The fire extinguishers and the garden hose are in the sanitary room and can be used if necessary.
-Stoves should be kept in good working order and not used in hazardous conditions.
- No cooking in the yurt. - No smoking in the yurt.
-For the barbecue please use only CHARCOAL .
b) theft: The camper retains responsibility for their own installation and their own belongings. The camper must report to the person in charge the presence of any suspicious person.
c) Please do not go into the sheepfolds. Watch out for haystacks that weigh 250kg.
13. Games : No violent or disturbing game can be organized near the facilities. Children must always remain under the supervision of their Parents or guardians.
14. Capacity:This contract is established for a specific number of people maximum 4 people per yurt. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers.
This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.
- Reception of groups up to 20 people.
15. Violation of the rules of procedure: In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these rules and in the event of a serious and repeated violation and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them , the latter may terminate the contract.
16. Traditions to respect in the yurt.
- Do not attach anything to the poles or the straps.
- Do not touch or lean on the 2 central posts.
- Do not walk on the threshold of the door.
- In no case do not climb on the yurt.
